Software for dog trainers. Not a calendar with a dog icon.

MyTago is built for one job: yours. Dogs, sessions, packages, and clients who really book on their own, instead of you slotting them into a calendar.

Not sure where to start?

We set MyTago up with you, or walk you through a demo: on a video call, or in person if you prefer.

You are looking for software because something no longer works: TWINT payments landing on your private number, with no name and no date. Clients chased in the WhatsApp group before every class. Packages counted on a cardboard card.

This is not a personal organisation problem. It is a professional job still running on the tools of a hobby.

THE QUESTION THAT REALLY MATTERS

Before comparing features, one question matters more than the others: do your clients really book on their own, or are you the one slotting them into a calendar?

Plenty of tools promise online booking. Few deliver: the client fills in a form, and you still end up adding it by hand. That is not software that saves you time, it is one more step.

What it changes, in practice

  • Your clients book, pay and follow their packages truly on their own

A personal space for each client. They see the sessions they have left, book and pay, without going through you.

  • Classes have real dog rules

Age, size, level. A puppy class will not accept an adult dog, automatically.

  • Payments are authorised, not just promised

TWINT and card, collected at booking. A no-show that was not cancelled in time is charged without you having to chase it.

  • Your public profile is included, not an add-on

Visible in the MyTago directory, on Google, in four languages. No other tool in Switzerland does this.

  • Cantonal mandatory courses are handled as such

A course in stages, bought once.

  • It is in English, French, German and Italian

Not a translation added as an afterthought.

  • Your whole setup, in a single interface

Your directory profile, your classes, your packages and the space where your client books: everything is connected, designed as one product. Not modules glued together.

PACKAGES, IN DETAIL

How a package works, in practice

A client buys a ten-session package. Every time they book a class, one session is deducted automatically: you have nothing to subtract. From their own space, they can see how many sessions they have left.

When the package is nearly used up, an alert lets you know. You offer a renewal in one click; they buy it from their space, without messaging you. If the package has a validity period, it is applied automatically: no more checking a cardboard card to see whether it is still valid.

That is the difference between software that understands a package as a concept, and a generic calendar where a package is just a free-text note you have to reread every time.

WHY SWITZERLAND

Most software on the market comes from Germany or France. None of it works in CHF, none of it knows TWINT, none of it knows that in Zurich and Thurgau the course is mandatory for every dog, while elsewhere it is not.

MyTago is designed here. Your clients pay the way they already pay. Your cantonal rules are already in the product.

Support that answers, and that comes to you

Whenever you have a question or need a hand, we come to you in person, or talk on a video call, whichever you prefer. Just get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Is there Swiss software for dog trainers?

Yes, MyTago is the only one built specifically for the Swiss market: CHF, TWINT, four languages, cantonal mandatory courses.

Is MyTago real management software for dog trainers, or just a calendar?

Real software: packages count themselves down, class rules apply automatically, and your clients book and pay without messaging you. A calendar does none of this.

Do my clients really book on their own, or do I have to add them?

They book on their own, from their own space. You have nothing to enter for them.

Does the software handle TWINT payments?

Yes, directly at booking.

Can I bring in my current clients?

Yes. A name and an email per client, and they fill in the rest themselves.

Does the software also handle invoicing and exercise tracking?

Invoicing and an exercise library are coming soon. Today MyTago already covers booking, packages, payments and your public visibility.

How long until I am up and running?

About fifteen minutes for your profile, classes and packages.

Software for one job. Yours.
