Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to switch to MyTago?

Allow about fifteen minutes: your profile, your classes, your packages, and you are online. You can bring in your clients whenever it suits you, there is no rush: you enter a name and an email, and they fill in the rest.

Do my clients need to learn anything?

No. They get a link, create an account and see their classes; booking takes two clicks. And those who prefer to message you keep doing so, in the chat, as before.

I have packages running: what do I do?

Your clients lose nothing. You create their package with the sessions they have left, and the count picks up exactly where it was.

Do you take a commission?

None. What you charge is yours in full: you only pay your subscription.

I am not comfortable with software: is this for me?

Yes, and you are not alone: our trainers are between 21 and 65, and none of them needed any training. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use MyTago. The home screen simply tells you what needs doing today: requests to accept, upcoming sessions, packages that are running out. There is nothing to hunt for, and we are happy to help if something gets stuck.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, the whole site works on a phone, calendar and classes included. The app is coming soon.

I teach the cantonal mandatory course: how do I manage it?

You create it as a course of several sessions that the client buys once, and your public profile shows that you offer it. That is exactly what new dog owners are looking for.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Whenever you want, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your data stays yours and you can take it with you.
